Welcome to Lot 98 NW Boundary Drive

Welcome to our Piece of Paradise that is located on the only natural pond in the resort. Mornings can not be any better than drinking your coffee under the tiki and watching nature. The pond is home to several turtles, ducks and egrets that only add to the beauty of the surrounding area. We hope you Have a Wonderful Vacation.

To make your stay a little more enjoyable we have written the following as “helpful hints”

Cable and Internet are activated by circuit breaker in box. Power to tiki is in the separate breaker box to the right of the post.

Lights above sinks are turned on by the switch on the top of the post.

To open the storage bins, please lift the latch on the bottom of the right door first. Remotes for the TV and the fan/light are in the tall storage cabinet as are tablecloth(s) for the table.

TV is in the tall storage cabinet. Best place for it is on the counter to the left of the sink and cable and electric connections are there. Please cover and return it to the cabinet when you leave. Scan for cable and internet channels on the TV to access channels. If it is windy while you are here, please cover the TV and lay face down when not in use.

Unzip the curtains to use to block wind. Please rezip the curtains when you leave.

Seat cushions and beach umbrella are in the smaller storage bin; feel free to use all.

Premium Lots: These lots have a large Tiki, a kitchen with a sink, a grill or cooking surface, TV, furniture, cable, WiFi, may or may not have curtains
