Welcome to the Largest Classic Lot available for rent in the MotorCoach Resort St. Lucie West Resort. Classic Lot 539 Chipshot Lane offers 7396sf (yes 7396 sf!) for you to relax. With plenty of space for you to enjoy, you never have to worry if there is enough room for friends to come over and play corn hole or horseshoes. This site is conveniently located right across the street from the East satellite pool and spa which overlooks the golf course. This pool house is the location of the the only dog wash station in the resort. Enjoy the day soaking up the sun and and visiting friends while enjoying the refreshing pool. If you are a golfer, the entrance to the resorts' 18 hole par 3 golf course is only a short walk up the street from Lot 539. Just remember when you book this 7000 sf site not only will you be happy that you have room to roam but so will your four legged family members. This lot is perfect if your family includes a dog (or two).

This lot is in the executive section of the resort, many lots having coach houses if you love it, it could be yours to build your very own coach house on!

Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 27 days is 10% discount, 27 days and over is 15% discount.
